The procedure for claiming goods:

A) You can send the package via Packeta.com or any shipping company.We recommend sending the package via Packeta.com.Click here for the shipping procedure in your country: shipping procedures

B) Send the package by any shipping company to: NOVADIS group sro, Plovarni 1, Pilsen, 30100, Czech republic

Conditions for claiming goods:

1. ATTENTION: Never send goods on COD! It will not be accepted and will be sent back. If any of the above conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the withdrawal from the consumer contract and the goods will be returned at the sender's expense.

2. he goods are guaranteed for 24 months from receipt. The warranty cannot be applied to normal wear and tear of the goods or gifts with the goods. If the consumer discovers a defect in the purchased goods during the warranty period, he has the right to claim.

3. You will be informed of the acceptance of the goods for the claim procedure within 5 working days of receipt of the shipment. We will process the claim within 30 days of receipt of the claimed goods. The customer will be informed by email about the method of processing.
