Return of goods within the statutory period of 14 days
Returns Procedure:
1. Send an email to info@northedgeeurope.com with the following text:

2. Put the product in the box, preferably as you received it from us.

A) You can send the package via Packeta.com or any shipping company.We recommend sending the package via Packeta.com. Click here for the shipping procedure in your country: shipping procedures
B) Send the package by any shipping company to: NOVADIS group sro, Plovarni 1, Pilsen, 30100, Czech republic
⚠️ATTENTION! Do not send goods on COD! It will not be accepted and will be sent back.
What happens after the order is returned?
📦Shipment Inspection - upon receipt, we will check the shipment against the return form we received. Upon positive verification, you will receive information from us to the email address provided in the order. Remember that returns do not apply to products that show visible signs of use. This process can take up to 5 days from receipt to our returns department.
Refunds - We will send the money for the returned goods to your bank account as soon as possible, usually within 10 days of receipt by our Complaints Department, but no later than 14 days of withdrawal, but not before the returned goods are delivered back to our Complaints Department. We will contact you by email about the status.
📝 Correction of purchase receipt - you will receive a correction receipt at the email address provided.
In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the withdrawal from the consumer contract and the goods will be returned at the cost of the sender.
